摘要
本文对基层纪检监察单位公务员工作满意度进行研究,选择组织认同、工作特征等因素,研究它们对纪检监察单位公务员工作满意度的影响,发放285份问卷进行实证调查,最终研究结果发现,(1)纪检监察系统公务员的工作特征对工作满意度的五个维度(晋升、报酬、工作本身、交际、同事)都有显著的积极影响。(2)组织认同对工作满意度的五个维度(晋升、报酬、工作本身、交际、同事)也有非常显著的正面影响。
This paper mainly studies the job satisfaction of civil servants in the discipline inspection and supervision system, chooses organizational identification, job characteristics and other factors to study their impact on the job satisfaction of the civil servants in the discipline inspection and supervision system and issue 285 questionnaires to carry out the empirical investigation. The final study found that, (1) the job characteristics of civil servants in the discipline inspection and supervision system has significant positive impact on the promotion, reward satisfaction, job itself satisfaction, communication satisfaction and colleague satisfaction of the job satisfaction, (2) the identity of the organization has significant positive impact on the promotion, reward satisfaction, job itself satisfaction, communication satisfaction and colleague satisfaction of the job.
