河北省上市公司环境责任履行情况研究

On the Environmental Responsibility Fulfillment Situation of the Listed Companies in Hebei Province

当前,环境问题日益严峻,对经济的可持续发展,人类的生活造成了极大威胁。河北作为一个工业大省,环境污染问题刻不容缓。因此本文以河北省为例,研究该省上市公司环境责任的履行情况。本文在分析河北省上市公司环境责任的履行现状基础上,探究造成河北省上市公司环境责任履行不佳的原因,最终提出相应的建议,以改善河北省上市公司环境责任履行现状以推进河北省环境保护建设。

Currently, the problem of the environment is more and more serious, it causes great threat to human life and the sustainable development of economy. Hebei is a large industrial province, the pollution of the environment problem is urgently need to be solved. So the article takes Hebei province as an example to study the implementation of environmental responsibility of listed companies in Hebei. Based on the analysis of the implementation of the environmental liability of listed companies in Hebei, it explores the causes of the poor implementation of environmental responsibility of listed companies in Hebei, and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestion to improve the implementation of the environmental liability of listed companies and promote environmental protection in Hebei.
