变频器及PLC在陆水电厂桥式起重机控制系统改造中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 陆水电厂现有一台75t/20t桥式起重机,该起重机经过40多年的运行,元器件存在磨损、老化等缺陷,电气控制采用老式接触器加变阻箱结构,在桥机的使用过程中存在较大的安全隐患,为此我厂决定对桥机所有电气设备进行更换,电控部分采用变频器及PLC技术对传统的继电器-接触器调速控制装置进行了优化设计。本文总结了优化设计的整体思路和设计内容,包括系统结构的优化,变频器和PLC型号、配置等内容。经优化设计后,桥式起重机的调速更灵敏,故障率明显下降,整体的工作性能更加稳定。 There is a 75t/20t bridge crane in Lushui Power Plant. This crane has operated more than 40 years, the components has abrasion, maturing and other defects. The electrical control of it uses medieval structure of contactor with variable resistance box. There is a big security hidden danger in the process of the use of the bridge machine. So, our plant decides to replace all the electrical equipment of the bridge machine. In the electric control part, the frequency converter and PLC technology are adopted to optimize and design the traditional relay-contactor speed control device. This paper summarizes the overall ideas and design content of the optimal design, including the system structure optimization, the model and configuration of frequency converter and PLC, etc. After optimization design, the speed control of bridge crane more sensitive, the failure rate is significantly decrease, the overall performance is more stable.
