摘要
使用压力传感器采集信号、单片机集成的ADC转换器进行A/D转换、光电耦合器件减小干扰、电机的点动控制减小误差,基于单片机设计了一个自动称重电路。实践证明,这个电路完全可以满足普通称重包装要求。
Based on the STC12CSA60S2 microcontroller, a automatic weighing instrument is designed which analogue signals are collected by a pressure sensor, analogue signals are converted into digital signals by the microcontroller＇s integrated A/D converter, interference is reduced by using optical coupler, weighing deviation is reduced by the intermittent running of the motor. Practicing has shown that this circuit can meet the requirement of the general weighing and packing.
