Applications of Mutual-aid-growing-up-group Patten in Practice Management of Higher Vocational Nusing Students

依据心理学团体动力学等理论的有关原理,将"成长互助小组"模式运用于高职护理专业学生的实习管理中,通过对江苏建康职业学院护理专业的158名招募学生进行操作实践和问卷反馈,总结小组开展活动的方式方法,探索"成长互助小组"在高职护理专业学生实习管理中的运用。

Utilizing mutual-aid-growing-up-group （MAGUP for short）patten in practice management of higher vocational nursing students with the group dynamics psychology principles.Reserching and analyzing of 158 nursing major students in Jiangsu Jiankang Vocational School of their operation practice and uestionnaire feedback after participating in MAGUP gives a probe of how MAGUP should be applied to higher vocational nursing students practice management.
