摘要
煤化学链燃烧是一种基于CO_2零排放的新型燃烧方式。对铁矿石加以水泥/CaO修饰,在串行流化床上进行煤化学链燃烧试验,考察了修饰后的载氧体对煤转化特性及含N气体排放的影响。结果表明:相比于铁矿石载氧体工况,采用修饰铁矿石能够促进煤及煤气化产物在燃料反应器中的转化,从而提高CO_2捕集效率并降低额外耗氧率;采用修饰铁矿石减弱了燃料反应器中的还原性气氛,燃料反应器中的NO析出增加,而空气反应器中的NO析出减少。
Chemical looping combustion is a new combustion mode based on zero CO2 emission.This paper investigates the chemical looping combustion of coal using a cement/CaO decorated iron ore as oxygen carrier.The effect of the combined oxygen carrier on the coal conversion property and the nitrogen-containing species emission were carried out.The results showed that compared with the case of iron ore as an oxygen carrier,the use of combined oxygen carrier could improve the coal conversion and the gas conversion in the fuel reactor As a result,the CO2 capture efficiency was improved while the extra oxygen demand was reduced.The use of combined iron ore as oxygen carrier could weaken the reducing atmosphere in the fuel reactor,and NO emission in the fuel reactor increased while that in the air reactor decreased.
