摘要
为揭示我国城镇建设给水排水工程建设标准体系及产品标准体系的内在联系和规律,从标准数量、体系结构与布局、配套性和协调性、时效性和适用性方面对比了两套标准体系。结果表明:目前工程建设标准体系有109项标准,产品标准体系有301项标准;两标准体系的结构在阶段维度上表现出一致性,但在对象维度上的差异相对较大;各标准体系结构合理,层次清晰,拓展性强,但与城镇建设给水排水产业发展需求之间仍存在错位、平均标龄较高的问题,在一定程度上制约了给水排水产业的发展,因此,仍需进一步完善城镇建设给水排水工程建设标准体系及产品标准体系。
In order to reveal the relationship and the regulation with engineering standards system and product standards system for water supply and drainage engineering in China,this paper carried out a comparative study between these two standard systems in the aspects of standard number,system structure and layout,assistant system,effectiveness and applicability.The results showed that there were 109 standards in engineering standards and 301 standards in product standard system.The stage dimension for both systems showed strong consistency,but large differences on object dimension were found.The structure of each standard system had reasonable structure,clear level,and good extension.However,there was still a gap between the standards and the demands of industry development,which included the problems of dislocation between standard and real requirement and the outdate standard.Therefore,it would be necessary to complete the engineering standard system and the product standard system.
