Effects of teach back method on the compliance of respiratory function exercise in esophageal cancer patients underwent thoracic surgery

摘要 目的探讨回馈教学对开胸食管癌手术患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法选择符合标准的食管癌开胸手术患者50例,采用回馈教学方法对患者进行呼吸功能锻炼指导。结果干预后患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后2例发生肺炎。结论回馈教学有利于提高患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性.促进肺功能恢复,是一种有效的健康教育方法。 Objective To explore the effects of teach back method on the compliance of respiratory function exercise among esophageal cancer patients underwent thoracic surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients with esophageal cancer received respiratory function exercise based on teach back method.Results After intervention,the compliance of respiratory function exercise was significantly improved(P0.01).Only 2 patients developed pneumonia.Conclusion Teach back method can effectively improve the compliance of respiratory function exercise and promote the recovery of the lung function.
