滩羊OB基因的多态性及其与生长性状关联性的研究 被引量：2

摘要 为了促进滩羊分子标记辅助选择工作,试验采用PCR-RFLP和DNA测序技术检测了滩羊OB基因的多态性,并进行滩羊OB基因多态性与体重的关联性分析。结果表明:滩羊OB基因外显子3扩增区域第253位存在一个CT的点突变,未发现突变纯合体。经卡方检验,该突变产生的BB基因型和AB基因型的频率未偏离Hardy-Weinbery平衡,其中AB基因型为控制滩羊体重的优势基因型,基因型频率为0.05。经关联性分析,该突变对滩羊3月龄、6月龄体重的影响显著(P<0.05)。互作效应的假设检验结果表明,基因型与性别之间的交互作用不显著(P>0.05)。
