摘要
针对提出的一种新型组合蜂窝结构,围绕该蜂窝夹芯结构的振动特性展开研究,从分析蜂窝夹芯结构的固有频率和特征值入手,并以应用于某型号电动车底盘中部甲板的新型组合蜂窝夹芯为例,通过模态分析,得到新型组合蜂窝夹芯结构的各阶固有频率和振型,验证了该夹芯结构的固有振动特性。借助数值仿真,对影响新型组合蜂窝夹芯固有频率和模态的关键尺寸胞元壁厚进行了改进;最后,在同等条件下,与正方形胞元夹芯和正六边形胞元夹芯进行了比较,结果表明新型组合蜂窝夹芯更能满足模态要求。
Vibration performance of a new type of supercell honeycomb core is mainly researched. Starting with the analysis of honeycomb core's eigen value and natural frequency,the supercell honeycomb core in a type of chassis deck of electrical motorcycle is taken as an example. Through modal analysis,natural frequency and mode of vibration of the core are obtained which testifies its good natural vibration performance. Meantime,wall thickness of cell,the key size to influencing natural frequency and mode of the core,is improved by helps of numerical simulation. Finally,in comparison with the two cores respectively with square cell and regular hexagon cell under the same conditions,new type of supercell honeycomb core is superior to them in meeting the requirement of mode.
