摘要
为了实现CATIA环境下复杂产品装配干涉矩阵的快速自动生成,首先,阐述了干涉检测理论,研究了包围盒预检测法的实现机理,并采用包围盒预检测的干涉判断方法,通过比较零件轴向包围盒在全局坐标系下的相对位置,初步快速进行零件间的干涉判断,获得部分零件间的装配干涉信息;然后,对剩余零件间的干涉情况做进一步判断,给出基于CATIA/CAA进行产品装配干涉检查的实现方案,通过比较CATIA/CAA不同接口的干涉检查效率,确定选用CATIA/CAA自带接口进行产品的装配干涉检查;最后,开发了原型系统,通过实例展示了装配干涉矩阵的自动生成,并借助实验数据比较了不同干涉检测方法的效率。
To realize the automatic generation of assembly interference matrix for complex product in the environment of CATIA,firstly,the theory of interference detection is expounded. Realization mechanism of interference judgment method of bounding box pre-detection is studied. This method is adopted for primary quick judgment of interference between each part through the comparison of relative positions of the bounding boxes in global coordinate system,so that assembly interference information between partial parts is acquired. Moreover,interference condition between the remanent parts is judged in depth.Realization scheme of assembly interference detection based on CATIA/CAA is given. By comparing the interference detection efficiencies of different interfaces in CATIA/CAA,the interface belong to CATIA/CAA is chosen for assembly interference detection. Finally,prototyping system is developed and a case is given to show the automatic generation of assembly interference matrix. Efficiencies of different interference detection methods are compared through experimental data.
