摘要
为有效辅助工业设计师进行运动型多功能汽车(Sport Utility Vehicle,SUV)的外形设计,以SUV侧面轮廓外形为研究对象,分析了SUV外形基因构成,从阈值约束与逻辑约束两方面分析并建立了设计约束空间,以Pearson相关系数对基因节点间相关性进行计算,通过软阈值相关性划分,获取具有强相关与较强相关关系的基因节点,并分别计算其连接度。基于对用户满意方案的相关性分析,构建了基因节点连接图,获取了SUV外形设计中的关键基因,所得结果基本符合设计师的认知。
To assist Sport Utility Vehicle(SUV)form design for industrial designers effectively,SUV side contour was studied and SUV form gene constitution was researched. Design constraint space was built through analyzing the threshold constraints and logic constraints. By calculating the Pearson correlation among gene nodes,soft threshold was utilized to divide gene relativity into several levels. Genes with strong correlation and less strong correlation were obtained and their connectivity was computed respectively. Based on correlation analysis of user satisfied scheme, gene node connection diagram was constructed,from which key genes of SUV form design were obtained. Verification results show that the resulting key genes accord basically with designers' cognition.
