摘要
根据膜片弹簧的结构特点,建立以膜片弹簧在摩擦片磨损极限内仍然有可靠的弹簧预紧力和驾驶员轻便型为共同优化目标函数的双目标函数模型的数学模型。根据此模型,提出一种改进的算法,即将遗传算法与复合形法合而为一。最后,通过对某宽体矿用车膜片弹簧优化模型进行实例分析,并与其他优化方法进行比较分析。研究结果表明,利用新的算法计算出的膜片弹簧具有更好的压稳性和操纵轻便性。
Based on the structural characteristics of the diaphragm spring,mathematic model which is the diaphragm spring in the friction plate wear limit with a reliable spring preload and driver lightweight dual objective function is proposed. Based on this model, an improved genetic algorithm is proposed, that is genetic algorithms combining with complex method.Computations of dump truck diaphragm spring have been done and are compared with existing utilized model. The results show that the new algorithm has better stability and steering portability.
