电子变压器生产线平衡与瓶颈漂移管理研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对赣州某电子变压器公司的生产线不平衡及产能低下等问题,对生产现场进行分析及计算工位加工率P识别产线瓶颈,运用MOD法、ECRS原则等工业工程方法与人因工程相关理论,对现行生产线进行平衡改善及优化,提出相应的解决方案,并对产线瓶颈漂移现象提出两点预防措施:合理设置在制品库存量和休息时间。最后运用Enterprise Dynamics仿真软件对生产线进行仿真验证,对比产线改善前后各项平衡指标可知,生产线平衡率、平滑性指数都得到有效改善,产能也有所提升,增加了企业效益。 Based on line imbalance and low capacity of an electronic transformer company in Ganzhou,the bottlenecks are identified by analyzing the production site and calculating working rate P. Then using industrial engineering methods(such as MOD method,ECRS principle,etc.) and human factors engineering theory,the current production line is improved and optimized to put on the propose appropriate solutions. And two preventive measures are also put forward on the bottleneck drift phenomenon: setting up reasonable WIP inventory and rest time. Finally it is simulated a lot through enterprise dynamics simulation software. So that the balance indexes,balance rate,smoothness index and production capacity are improved,which increase the enterprise benefit.
