旅游新区发展研究——以宜昌三峡旅游新区为例

Research on Development of Tourist New Area——Taking Three Gorges Tourist New Area of Yichang as an Example

旅游新区是旅游资源优势区城市化的重要抓手,旅游新区发展模式正被许多缺乏大都市与大产业带动能力的城市所青睐。以宜昌三峡旅游新区为例,对其发展条件、存在的问题和对策进行了梳理。研究发现:宜昌三峡旅游新区山水旅游资源优势独特、旅游门户区位良好、宜昌城市功能进化驱动,具有良好的发展基础,但面临着主体多元复杂、行政地位不明、发展思路待解、队伍配备不强、项目推进难度加大、内部整合有待加强等问题。因此,未来宜昌三峡旅游新区需要进一步推动规划引领、制度创新、强化协同、项目建设、空间优化、环境提升。

The tourist area was an important starting point for the city with tourism resource advantage. Taking the Three Gorges Tourist New Area in Yichang as an example, this paper carried on the analysis to the development conditions, the development questions and the countermeasures. The results showed that the Three Gorges Tourist New Area of Yichang had a good development foundation for the advantages of tourism resources,location and urban fundation. But at present, the Three Gorges tourism area was faced with many problems such as the complex administrative status, the development of ideas, the team, and the difficulty of the project to promote, the internal integration and other issues. Therefore, the Three Gorges Tourist New Area needed to promote the planning and guidance, system innovation, to strengthen cooperation, project construction, space optimization, environmental upgrading.
