云南融入“一带一路”建设研究

Research on Integration of Yunnan into the “OBOR”Construction

"一带一路"是新形势下我国对外开放的重大战略部署。东南亚南亚是"一带一路"建设的重要区域,推进互联互通是"一带一路"建设的重点。当前,全国各地都在积极参与"一带一路"建设,如何充分发挥比较优势,找准定位,共建共享,成为摆在我们面前的重大课题。本文立足云南对外开放的现状,阐述和分析云南融入"一带一路"建设的有利条件和制约因素,并提出云南积极融入"一带一路"的对策建议。

＂OBOR＂ is a major national strategy of China＇s opening up in the new situation, with South East Asia and South Asia as its primary areas and the promotion of inter - communication and operation as its focus. At present, while other parts of the country are actively involved in the project, how to give full play to the comparative advantages, identify precisely the position of Yunnan province so as to build and share the construction have become a major issue in front of us. Based on the present situa- tion of Yunnan＇s opening up to the outside world, this paper expounds and analyzes the favorable conditions and restrictive factors of Yunnan＇s integration into the ＂OBOR＂ plan, and then puts forward some enter into the program.
