云南民族团结示范区建设需长期关注的几个问题

Several key Issues in the Construction of Yunnan National Unity Demonstration Zone

多民族聚居的云南,是中国多民族国家的一个缩影,也是中国"多元一体"民族关系的典型。新中国建立60多年来,云南省立足基本省情,积极探索和实践中国特色民族地区发展改革稳定之路,走出了一条具有中国特色、云南特点的民族工作路子,受到党中央、国务院和社会各界的充分肯定。加强示范区建设,恒远保持云南民族团结进步、边疆繁荣稳定,需要不断汇聚正能量,始终处理好"一"与"多"的关系问题、国家力量与"两个共同"的问题、跨越式发展与长治久安问题、群众路线与"民心工程"问题、边疆与边境关系问题等带有全局性的问题。

Yunnan province is a multi -ethnic microcosm, typical of China＇s ＂pluralism＂ of ethnic relations. For the past 60 years since the foundation of the country, it has explored actively based on its specific conditions and finally achieved success in ways to reform, develop and keep stable in the ethnic minority areas. These achievements have been fully recognized and af- firmed by the Central Party Committee, the State Council and people from all walks of life. To strengthen the construction of Yunnan national unity demonstration zone and maintain the progress, prosperity and stability in border areas, we need constant convergence of positive energy and handle well several global relations concerned. They include the relationship between ＂one＂ and ＂many＂, between the state power and ＂two commons＂, between leapfrog development and long -term stability, between the masses route and the ＂popular project＂, and between the frontier and the border.
