我国高技术行业创新产业化的绩效研究——基于创新方式的视角

摘要 技术创新是实现高技术行业创新产业化的第一次飞跃。从技术创新方式的角度对创新产业化的绩效评价显示,我国高技术行业创新产业化效率的增长主要是由创新产业化效率前沿面的外移所致,各种非自主技术创新的利用效率不高。同时,通过分析技术创新方式对高技术行业创新产业化的影响发现,非自主技术创新的各种方式对创新产业化的影响具有明显差异,出现了负相关与不相关的情况。实证分析结论的主要原因是非自主技术创新所物化的高技术行业的新产品普遍存在不能市场化的问题,因此,自主技术创新应成为创新产业化主要的推动力量。 Technological innovation is the first leap to achieve innovation industrialization of high - technology. Performance evaluation of China's high - tech industry innovation industrialization from the point of innovation way shows that the efficiency growth is mainly caused by efficiency frontier outward, rather than the inputs (non -independent technological innovation) use efficiency. And clear difference exists between the effects of various technical innovation ways on innovation industrialization of high - tech industry, ranging from negatively relevant to non - relevant. The cause for this disparity is that in general the new goods materialized by non - independent technological innovation ways cannot be marketed. Therefore, independent technological innovation should become the main driving force of technological innovation.
