试析基层公安机关民警工作积极性激活机制

The Mechanism to Activate Grassroots Policeman's Working Enthusiasm in Public Security Organs

目前,公安机关特别是基层公安机关警力缺乏问题较为突出,应对的办法一是根据实际需要适当增加警力,一是进一步提高民警的素质和能力,同时还有一个非常重要的方面,那就是激发民警的工作积极性和主动性,让民警自主自愿的投入到工作当中,而不是去被动地完成任务,民警这种自主自愿努力工作的效果是事半功倍的。本文试图探析在基层公安机关中激活民警工作积极性的问题,重点讨论基层公安机关民警工作积极性激活机制建设。

At present, the public security organs, especially the grass-roots public security organs are facing a serious problem-lack of police forces. The solutions are to appropriately increase police forces according to the actual needs, and to further improve the quality and ability of the police. Meanwhile, it is very important to inspire police＇ working enthusiasm and initiative to work voluntarily, rather than to complete tasks passively. Police＇s voluntary working will get twice the result with half the effort. This article focuses on the mechanism construction to activate the working enthusiasm of the public security organs by analvzing problems.
