摘要 Frizzled-1(FZD1)属FZD基因家族,是Wnt信号通路受体,参与调控胚胎发育、细胞分化、增殖、凋亡、炎症免疫的过程。FZD1与肿瘤发生侵袭、化疗药物耐药、临床预后差等密切相关。甲状腺肿瘤、乳腺癌、大肠癌、胰腺癌、胆囊癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌、黑色素瘤等患者FZD1高表达。FZD1可促进胰腺癌细胞侵袭,增加小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌、神经母细胞瘤等化疗药物耐药性,是胆囊癌临床预后评估标志物之一。但FZD1在促进或抑制多种肿瘤发生、侵袭、化疗药物多药耐药中的作用尚存在分歧。本文就FZD1在肿瘤发生、侵袭及化疗药物耐药中作用的研究进展作一综述。 Frizzled-1 (FZD1), Wnt ligand receptor, belongs to Frizzled family and plays a pivotal role in the regulation of embryonic development, cellular differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and inflammatory immunity. FZD1 is closely associated with the tummor migration and invasion, the chemotherapeutic drug resistance and the poor clinical prognosis. The high expressions of FZD1 in thyroid, breast, colon, pancreatic, gallbladder, ovarian, prostate and melanoma cancers, promote the invasion of pancreatic carcinoma, increase chemotherapeutic multidrug resistance to small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer and neuroblastoma, and is one of the markers for predicting the prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma. However, the views are divergent on the function of FZD1 whether promoting or suppressing the development, migration and invasion of tumors, and chemotherapeutic drug resistance. This paper reviews the research progress of the function of FZD1 in the development and invasion of tumors, and chemotherapeutic drug resistance.
