从机械制造技术的发展看应用型人才的需求

我国正处于从制造业大国向制造业强国转型的关键时期,随着机械制造技术的发展,机械制造业与计算机技术、信息技术相结合越来越紧密。以实现智能化、自动化、高产、高效、低能耗、无污染为目标的机械制造技术,已成为影响生产效率提高和管理效能提高的重要因素。作为培养人才的高校必须跟上和超越社会的发展的步伐,培养高素质应用型人才就是我们高校本科教学改革、发展的方向与目标。本文将从机械制造技术的发展看应用型人才的需求角度,探讨我校机械制造实训中心工程实训的不断深化教学改革适应社会人才需求的路子。

Our country is in the critical period of transformation from a big country with manufacturing industry to a powerful manufacturing country. With the development of the mechanical manufacturing technology, machinery manufacturing, computer technology and information technology are more and more closely related. Mechanical manufacturing technology which is intelligentialize, automation, high yield, high efficiency, low energy consumption, no pollution has become an important factor that effects the promotion of production efficiency and management efficiency. Colleges and universities, the place of talents training, must keep up with and surpass the pace of the development of society. Therefore, training high quality applied talents is the direction and goal of reform and development in colleges and universities. This article views applied talents demand from the point of the development of mechanical manufacturing technology, and explore the way of deepening teaching reform to adapt to the social demand for the engineering practice of our machinery manufacturing training center.
