摘要
现代教学设计理念认为,认真研究学生的学习需求、能力水平和认知倾向,"为学习者设计教学",优化学习过程,更有效地达到教育的目标,可以提高学习效率[1]。通过对新建本科院校学生学习目标(动机)、学习态度、学习方法、学习规划、学习的问题及影响因素和学习需求六个方面的调查和分析,对新建本科院校教学的理念、教学的设计和实施、教学评价的各个环节提出了有针对性的教育教学改革的建议。
According to the modern instruction design theory, serious study on student's learning needs, ability and cognitive tendency, "design for learners ", optimizing learning process can achieve the educational goal more ef- fectively and can improve the learning efficiency as well. Through the investigation and analysis on student learning goals (motivation), learning attitude, learning method, learning plan, learning problems and influencing factors in the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities, this article puts forward some targeted educational reform proposals for teaching philosophy, teaching design and implement, each sector of teaching evaluation in newly estab- lished undergraduate colleges and universities.
