摘要
微时代给高校的工会工作发展带来了新的挑战与机遇。目前高校工会工作面临的困境是创新意识比较薄弱、日常工作琐碎,技术要求难以实现、工作内涵单一,深度有待提升等方面的问题。本研究针对新时代赋予高校的新技术和形式特征,提出了高校工会活动的推举应当首先创新思维理念,积极融入微时代中,其次积极掌握新技术,贯彻以人为本的服务理念,丰富工作形式,从"微"工作见大作用。
Trade union works confront new challenges and opportunities brought by the micro era. Probtems exist- ed in traditional trade union works are: lack of innovation, trivial daily matters, difficulties in meeting technology de- mands, sameness in working contents and superficiality in connotation. Having considered the new technology and for- mal characteristics caused by micro era in colleges and universities, this paper proposes encouraging innovative thinking to merge into micro era, mastering new technology, implementing people oriented conception, enriching working formations and realizing the profound functions from trivial works,so as to promote the trade union works in colleges and universities.
