摘要
高职辅导员是高职院校中从事学生思想政治教育的主力军。由于多种原因,高职辅导员存在职业压力问题。本文以海南省高职院校辅导员为例,采取问卷调查的方式,对海南省高职院校辅导员职业压力进行了调查。人口学自编问卷和职业倦怠量表的分析表明海南省高职院校辅导员的职业倦怠状况处于中等偏低水平,这就需要各相关部门高度重视辅导员职业压力,建立和健全激励制度,解决高职院校辅导员工作中存在的实际问题,调动辅导员工作的积极性。
Higher vocational counselors are the main force in the ideological and political education in higher vo- cational colleges. Due to a variety of reasons, higher vocational college counselors have a problem of occupational stress. Taking higher vocational college counselors in Hainan province as an example, this paper investigates occupa- tional stress in Hainan province higher vocational colleges by adopting the method of questionnaire survey. The analy- sis of the demographic questionnaire and job burnout inventory shows that the vocational burnout of vocational college counselors in Hainan province is in a low level. This requires that the relevant departments attach great importance to the counselors occupational stress, establish and improve the incentive system, to solve the practical problems in the work of higher vocational college counselors and motivate the enthusiasm of the counselors.
