民族地区高校毕业生就业意向调查分析对人才培养的启示

本文选取2016届毕业生为研究对象,通过采取问卷调查和访谈的方式,对毕业生的就业意向进行全面调查和分析,提出人才培养对策,为高校提升人才培养质量提供有益的参考。

Selecting 2016 graduates as the research object and using the methods of questionnaires and interviews, this paper makes a comprehensive survey of the employment intention of graduates and puts forward some strategies of talents training, which provides a useful reference for improving the quality of talents training.
