摘要 为了提高纳米银利用率并减少纳米银团聚,采用马来酸酐改性超支化聚合物为模板配制硝酸银/改性超支化聚合物整理液,通过浸渍-汽蒸整理工艺制备纳米银整理棉织物。研究了硝酸银/改性超支化聚合物质量比对纳米银粒径的影响,探讨了硝酸银质量浓度和汽蒸条件对棉织物整理效果的影响,考察了整理织物抗菌性的耐洗性,并将该工艺与其他整理工艺进行比较。结果表明:硝酸银/改性超支化聚合物最佳质量比为0.17∶2;当汽蒸时间为45 min,硝酸银质量浓度为0.085 g/L时,整理织物的抑菌率已达99.99%;经50次标准洗涤后整理织物抑菌率仍大于94%;相比于棉自还原法和丁二酸酐改性超支化聚合物模板法,该工艺整理织物银含量高,且有效改善了纳米银团聚。 In order to improve the utilization rate of nano-silver and reduce the aggregation of nano-silver on finished cotton fabric,maleic anhydride modified hyperbranched polymers was applied as template for preparing silver nitrate / modified hyperbranched polymer finishing liquid,and by dipping the cotton fabric in the liquid and steaming for silver ion reduction,the nano-silver finished cotton fabric was prepared.The influence of the mass ratio of silver nitrate / modified hyperbranched polymer on the particle size of nano-silver was studied,the effect of mass concentration of silver nitrate and steaming conditions on finishing effects was investigated,the washing resistance of antibacterial property of the finished fabric was tested,and the process of maleic anhydride modified hyperbranched polymers as template to prepare nano-silver fabric were compared with the other finishing process. The results showed that the optimum mass ratio of silver nitrate / modified hyperbranched was 0. 17∶ 2,the optimal steaming time was 45 min,and when the mass concentration of silver nitrate was 0. 085 g / L,and the bacterial inhibition rate of the finished fabric reached 99. 99%. After 50 wash cycles,the bacterial inhibition rate was over 94%. In comparison with the cotton fabrics finished by in-situ reducing silver ions,the silver content of fabrics finished by succinic anhydride modified hyperbranched polymer as template is high and aggregation of nano-silver is improved.
