摘要 针对纺织行业布匹剖幅机工作过程中,剖幅区的识别定位仍由人工完成的现状,提出一种可行的剖幅区自动识别定位方法,以降低工人劳动强度,提高布匹剖幅速率和准确率。这种方法基于成像式自动检测技术,应用一维傅里叶变换提取剖幅区频域特征来对其进行识别与定位,并利用VC++编写定位软件对该方法进行测试。结果表明,应用一维傅里叶变换的成像式定位方法可快速、准确地实现剖幅区自动识别与定位,提高剖幅机的工作效率和可靠性。 The current recognition of fabric slitting zone is still completed manully during the working process of fabric slitting machine. This paper provides a high-speed and real-time method to recognize and position fabric slitting zone automatically to reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the effectiveness and accuracy of fabric slitting. One dimensional Fourier transform is used in this method to extract features in frequency domain. Then the center of the slitting zone can be positioned based on image detection technique. In addition,using VC + + language,software is designed to test the method.The results of software testing indicate that the method proposed can recognize the fabric slitting zone and position its center quickly and precisely,and improve the effectiveness and reliability of fabric slitting machine as well.
