摘要
生涯适应力越强的个体是否意味着其具备较强的创业意愿,二者之间的内在传导机制是怎样的,这些都是生涯实践中的重要话题。为此,架构了以创业激情中介变量、社会资本为调节变量的概念模型。并且,基于168份问卷数据,采用分层回归方法验证模型。结果表明,生涯适应力对个体创业意愿有显著正向影响;创业激情在此间有中介作用,甚至在生涯关注对个体创业意愿的影响中有完全中介作用;包含关系资源和关系强度内容的社会资本正向调节创业激情的中介作用。
So far, that the relation between career adaptability and entrepreneurial is ignored. Then in this paper, we construct a conceptual model including the mediating effect of entrepreneurial passion, the moderating effect of social capital. And this model is verified by hierarchical regression analysis based on the data of 168 questionnaires. The result shows that career adaptability is positive to the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial passion has the part mediating effect to this process in comparison with the full mediating effect to the relation between career concern and entrepreneurial intention. And social capital, including relation resource and resource strength, has positive moderating effect to this intermediary effect
