摘要
科技型中小企业成长的高风险性源于其成长的特殊性、影响因素的复杂性、难甄别性以及由此引致的成长机制的不完善性。从仿生学视角入手,以117家科技型中小企业为样本,提出其成长机制构成要素并实证检验其对企业成长性的作用和影响。研究表明:科技型中小企业成长机制包括内生和外生共13个关键要素,且各要素对企业成长性的不同因子具有显著的正向影响,并据此提出推动科技型中小企业成长的建议。
The high risk in the growth of small and medium sized technology enterprises is originated from its particularity, factors of complexity, difficulty and the imperfect growth mechanism. Therefore, this paper from the perspective of bionics, takes 117 small and medium sized technology companies as samples, and puts forward its growth mechanism and empirical- ly tested its impact on the growth of the business. Studies have shown that the growth mechanism of small and medium sized technology companies includes endogenous and exogenous 13 key elements, and each element has a significant positive effect on different factors affecting the growth of enterprises. Proposals are given accordingly.
