Evolution Characteristics of China Space Market Integration Based on The Law of One Price and Spatial Dubin Model

产品价格及要素边际产出空间差异的波动特性可直观反映市场一体化演化趋势。在采用"一价定律"和空间杜宾回归模型对产品及要素市场整合程度进行定量分析后发现,目前我国产品市场一体化程度较高且正不断加深;劳动力市场一体化程度自2003年开始由趋于弱化转向趋于加深;资本市场分割程度在最近20年内更加严重;技术要素边际产出差异呈现先降后升的态势,技术未能有效转向高报酬率区域;一体化土地要素市场尚未建立,在现行用地供给计划配给、土地发展权不允许跨地区交易条件下,我国土地利用正经受严重的效率损失。

The wave characteristics of product price and spatial differences in marginal output of producing factors could direcdy reflect the evolution trend of market integration. This paper has utilized the law of one price and Spatial Dubin Model to make a quantitative analysis on the consolidation degree of the product and factor markets and has come to a conclusion that the product market integration degree in China nowadays is high and increasingly enhancing. The labor force integration degree has deepened since 2003. Capital market segmentation is more severe in the last 20 years. Differences in margimd output of technological factors has decreased first and then increased later with the technology being unable to effectively transfer to high return rate area. An integrated land factor market is still not established. Under the circumstances that the current land supply collocation and land development rights are not allowed to make transactions across regions, land utilization in China is facing severe efficiency loss.
