摘要
本文回顾了国内外教育信息化领导力的研究概况,分析了教育信息化领导力与区域教育资源共享机制研究框架,从能力维度将教育信息化领导力划分为认知力、规划力、执行力、协同力和控制力。在此基础上,本文提出了教育信息化领导力动态分布于政府及直属机构、学校、专业学术团体、企业等多元组织中,与资源建设动力机制、政策调控保障机制、资源共享运行机制、组织协同互动机制、质量评价监督机制产生相互作用,并受到政治与经济、组织与管理、技术与信息等环境因素的影响。
On the basis of a review of research about ICT leadership in China and overseas, the authors first analyze the research framework on ICT leadership and regional education resources sharing The authors then classifies ICT leadership into five categories of abilities: cognitive ability, planning ability, implementation ability, coordination ability, and control ability. On conclusion, the authors believe that: 1) ICT leadership distributes among governments, schools, academic organizations, enterprises, and other organizations; 2) ICT leadership interacts with the educational resources sharing [NZ6] mechanism, regulation and guarantee mechanism, resources sharing and running mechanism, organizational cooperation and interaction mechanism, and quality evaluation and inspection mechanism; and 3) ICT leadership is also influenced by political, economic, management, technological and other factors.
