摘要
KIAA1199基因是HUGE蛋白质数据库中KIAA基因家族中的重要成员,其表达主要通过遗传和表观遗传机制调控,参与细胞内信号通路转导,具有调节细胞生长、分化、凋亡、运动等生物学行为的重要功能。研究发现KIAA1199基因与肿瘤的发生发展关系十分密切,是一种促癌基因,在多种类型肿瘤中表达上调,尤其是结直肠癌、胃癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤中明显上调,并可促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、黏附、侵袭及迁移等活动,重建肿瘤细胞与周围细胞及细胞外基质的联系,促进EMT进程。同时,KIAA1199基因与Wnt/β-catennin信号通路关系密切,是该通路的重要靶基因,并且可反馈调节该通路中重要复合体水平。由此认为KIAA1199基因可通过上述一系列机制促进肿瘤发生发展。
KIAA1199 gene is an important member of the KIAA gene family that in the HUGE database.The gene expression of KIAA1199 is tightly controlled by both genetic and epigenetic regulatory mechanisms.It participates in intracellular signal transduction pathways,and regulates the biological behavior of cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,mobility,etc.There is a close relationship between KIAA1199 gene and the developmentt of tumors.It is thought to be a cancer-promoting gene,overexpressed in many types of tumors,especially colorectal cancer,stomach cancer,breast cancer,etc.KIAA1199 gene can influence the proliferation,adhesion,motility,invasiveness of cacer cells and reconstruct the contact of tumor cells and surrounding extracellular matrix,promoting EMT process.Meanwhile,KIAA1199 gene is an important target gene of Wnt/β-catennin signaling pathway,and adjust the important complex level through feedback pathway.These results indicate that KIAA1199 gene can promote tumor growth through mechanisms as described above.
