精细化护理模式在深度压疮患者负压封闭引流术后的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of meticulous nursing model in the application of vacuum sealing drainage for patients with deep pressure sore and its effect on the quality of life

目的探讨精细化护理模式在深度压疮患者负压封闭引流术后的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法将浙江省丽水市第二人民医院2012年6月-2015年6月收治的200例深度压疮患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各100例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预措施,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上实施精细化护理干预措施。观察对比两组患者护理效果、平均治愈时间、换药次数以及换药间隔、护理满意度、生活质量改善情况。结果实验组总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）：实验组患者平均治愈时间以及换药次数均少于对照组,换药间隔时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）：实验组总满意度为96.0%,显著高于对照组的71.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;护理后实验组患者综合健康状况、身体功能以及社会功能和心理健康状况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论精细化护理干预模式能够显著提高深度压疮患者负压封闭引流术后的治疗效果,安全性更高,治愈时间更短,同时对提高患者生活质量和护理满意度也尤为重要。

Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing model in the application of vacuum sealing drainage for patients with deep pressure sore and its effect on the quality of life.Methods 200 cases of patients with deep pressure sore treated in the Second People＇s Hospital of Lishui City from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were divided into the control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was implemented the meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.The nursing effect,the average cure time,the times and interval of dressing change,nursing satisfaction and the life quality improvement of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 70.0%of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.In the experimental group,the average healing time and dressing change times were less than those in the control group,and the interval time of dressing change was longer than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than 71.0%of the control group,with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.The overall health status,physical function,social function and mental health status were significantly better in the experimental group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Meticulous nursing intervention model can significantly improve the treatment effect of vacuum sealing drainage for patients with deep pressure sore,which has higher safety and shorter cure time,at the same time it is very important to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
