品管圈活动在降低儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,选定降低儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管率为活动主题,对活动前儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管的现状进行调查,通过脑力激荡及柏拉图等品管圈工具对活动前儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管率高的原因进行分析,拟定实施对策,最后将干预前后的结果进行比较。结果静脉留置针的非计划拔管率由活动前的37.12%降低到活动后的17.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动是进行临床护理质量管理有效办法,可以有效降低儿科患儿静脉留置针非计划拔管率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective of this paper is to explore the effectiveness of QCC activites in reducing the rate of unplanned extubation of intrave- nous indwelling needles in pediatric patients. Methods We established a QCC team, and chose reducing unplanned extubation of intrave- nous indwelling needles in pediatric patients as the theme. We investigated the current situation of unplanned extubation of intravenous indwelling needles, and analyzed the reasons of high rate of unplanned extubation of intravenous indwelling needles in pediatric patients using QCC tools such as brainstorming and Platon. We formulated and implemented countermeasures. Finally,we compare the results before and after intervention. Results Results show that unplanned extubation rate of intravenous indwelling needles has decreased from 37.12% before the activity to 17.31% after activity. Conclusion QCC is an effective method to reduce rate of unplanned extubation of intravenous indwelling needle in pediatric patients.
