摘要
血液透析中电导率准确与否直接影响到患者血液中毒素的清除效果和体液的电解质平衡,甚至影响到患者生命安全。而电导率异常故障又是费森尤斯4008系列血透机中较为常见的一类故障形式,实际血液透析中电导率问题虽然只显示为电导率偏高、电导率偏低和电导率波动等几种形式,但相同的故障报警,却需要不同的故障处理方法才能有效解决实际问题。现就血液透析机工作中出现的电导率问题及实际成功处理方法作一分析。
During hemodialysis, the accuracy of conductivity directly affects the removal effect of toxin in patient's blood and electrolytes balance of patient's body fluid. It can even affect the safety of patient's life. The conductivity problem is a common type of failures of Fresenius 4008 series hemodialysis machine. Although the conductivity problems are shown in the form of high conductivity, low conductivity or conductivity fluctuation, there are different fault handling methods towards the same malfunction alert. This paper provides an analysis of the conductivity problems and practical methods of successful treatment of hemodialysis machines in our hospital.
