莫西沙星治疗耐药结核病一例

摘要 患者男,50岁,无业,因“咳嗽,胸痛1个月”于2013年3月12日入院。患者既往患肺结核病30年,期间多次复发,均未坚持规律全程治疗。此次患者于2013年2月10日受累后出现左侧胸痛,活动或深呼吸时明显,为牵扯痛,同时咳嗽,无明显咳痰。由于处在口服抗结核药巩固治疗期,一直未拍X线胸片复查,但胸痛一直存在,也未见加重或减轻,直到3月6日,自认为3个月未复查肺CT,于是到锦州市第二医院拍肺CT,显示双肺上可见索条状阴影,
