氯吡格雷联合微量泵入普通肝素治疗进展性脑梗死的效果

Effect of clopidogrel combined with heparin micro pumping in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的探讨氯吡格雷联合微量泵入普通肝素治疗进展性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2014年1~12月本院收治的68例进展性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为研究组（33例）和对照组（35例）。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予氯吡格雷联合微量泵入普通肝素治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果两组治疗后的神经功能评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组治疗后的神经功能评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。研究组的显效率与有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后的纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率水平显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。研究组治疗后的纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率水平显著低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论氯吡格雷联合普通肝素能够显著提高脑梗死患者的临床疗效,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with heparin micro pumping in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods 68 cases with progressive cerebral infarction from January 2014 to December in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group（33 cases） and the control group（35 cases） according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the study group was treated with clopidogrel combined with heparin micro pumping on the basis of the control group.The Clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The score of neurological function after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The score of neurological function after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The marked effective rate and the effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The level of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate after treatment in two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The level of fibrinogen,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with heparin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
