戊酸雌二醇联合米索前列醇用于绝经后取环的临床效果观察

Clinical effects observation of estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol for removal of intrauterine device on postmenopausal women

目的探讨戊酸雌二醇联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取环的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2014年12月来本院要求取出宫内节育器的绝经期妇女210例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组105例。对照组单独使用米索前列醇,观察组则联合使用戊酸雌二醇与米索前列醇。比较两组患者术中宫颈软化扩张程度、疼痛情况、取环效果、手术时间及术中出血量。结果观察组术中宫颈软化扩张程度、疼痛情况及取器效果均明显好于对照组,且手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论戊酸雌二醇联合米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女取环的临床效果显著,可减轻患者术中的疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少出血量,提高取器成功率,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol for removal of intrauterine device（IUD） on postmenopausal women. Methods 210 cases of postmenopausal women for removal of IUD in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was given misoprostol,the observation group was given estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol.The degree of cervical softening and expansion,the pain situation,the effect of removing IUD,the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was compared. Results The degree of cervical softening and expansion,the pain situation and the effect of removing IUD in observation group was better than the control group,operative time was shorter than the control group,and intraoperative blood loss was less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of estradiol valerate combined with misoprostol for removal of IUD on postmenopausal women was prominent.It can reduce patients,pain,shorten the operative time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,improve the success rate of removing IUD,so it is worth popularizing clinically.
