阿托伐他汀钙胶囊联合依折麦布治疗奥氮平致脂代谢紊乱的效果观察

Discussion on efficacy of atorvastatin calcium capsules combined with ezetimibe for therapy of olanzapine induced disorders of lipid metabolism

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙胶囊联合依折麦布治疗奥氮平致脂代谢紊乱的临床疗效。方法选择2013年2月~2014年6月金州区第四人民医院63例奥氮平致脂代谢紊乱的精神病患者作为研究对象,实施阿托伐他汀钙胶囊和依折麦布联合治疗。测定并比较治疗前和治疗1年后患者TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、BMI和血浆黏度相关指标。结果入组患者治疗1年后血清TC、LDL-C、TG和BMI水平显著低于治疗前水平（P〈0.05）,治疗后血清HDL-C显著高于治疗前水平（P〈0.05）。患者治疗前血浆黏度、全血黏度高切值、全血黏度低切值显著低于治疗1年后水平（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙胶囊联合依折麦布治疗奥氮平致脂代谢紊乱具有显著疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium capsules combined with ezetimibe for therapy of olanzapine induced disorders of lipid metabolism. Methods 63 cases of patients with olanzapine induced lipid metabolism disorder from February 2013 to June 2014 in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Jinzhou District were employed as research objects.All patients was treated with atorvastatin calcium capsules and ezetimibe.The total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,triglyceride（TG）,body mass index（BMI）and blood viscosity indexes were detected and compared before and after therapy for1 year. Results The level of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and BMI after therapy for one year were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,but serum HDL-C was significantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）.After therapy for one year,patients of plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity at high shear stress value,the whole blood viscosity at low shear value was significantly lower than that befor treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combination of atorvastatin calcium capsules and ezetimibe is significant for patients with lipid metabolic disorder caused by olanzapine.
