摘要
目的 :探讨沙棘叶和银杏叶的提取物对实验性高脂血症大鼠的调脂作用。方法 :将实验动物根据基础血清中的 TC、TG、HDL - C水平和体重随机分为 4组。其中 ,正常对照组的动物自实验开始至结束每日喂普通饲料 ;高脂对照组和大、小剂量给药组自实验开始至结束每日喂高脂饲料。 14日后称取体重、取血 ,测血清中的 TC、TG、HDL-C。确定已造成实验性高脂血症后 ,分别以 4 0 0和 2 0 0 mg / kg剂量灌胃给沙棘叶和银杏叶的提取物 ,给药 3 0日后称体重、取血 ,测血清中的 TC、TG、HDL- C。结果 :大、小剂量给药组动物经用药后血脂水平基本恢复到正常 ,其值与正常对照组比较没有显著差异 ( P >0 .0 5 ) ,而高脂食对照组的各项指标与正常对照组比较则有显著差异 ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :沙棘叶和银杏叶提取物具有有效的调血脂、控制体重的作用 。
Objective: To determine the roles of decreasing lipidemia of leaves extracts Ginkgo biloba and Hippophaes rhmnoides in the rats with experimental hypercholesterolemia. Methods: Divide the rats into 4 groups according to their basic level of TC, TG and HDL C in the serum and their body weight. Among them, the rats in the normal group were fed with common feedstuff, and the rats in the other groups (the one without treatment the other two with treatment) were fed with high fat feedstuff from beginning to end. After 14 days, the rats were weighed, and the level of TC, TG, HDL C in the serum were measured. It is known that the feed rats with high fat feedstuff may produce hypercholesterolemia. After occurrence of hypercholesterolemia, the groups with treatment were fed with leaves extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Hippophaes rhmnoides in the dosage of 400 and 200 mg/kg per day respectively. Then after 30 days, all rats were weighed and measured them again. Results: The groups with treatment restored their TC, TG and HDL C level in the serum to normal level closely. Comparing to the normal group, the groups have not evident difference (P>0.05). But there is evident difference between the group without treatment and the normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Leaves extracts of Ginkgo biloba and Hippophaes rhmnoides have effective role of decreasing of lipidemia and controlling weight, and they can be used in preventing and treating hypercholesterolemia.
