摘要
目的 :研究库拉索芦荟对内毒素的抑制作用。方法 :1将不同浓度的库拉索芦荟液及对照组溶液与含10 0 0 EU/ L脂多糖 ( L PS)的细菌内毒素溶液混合 ,水浴 3 0分钟 ,用凝胶试验定性检测 L PS的活性。 2测定含不同浓度L PS的细菌内毒素溶液的吸光度值 ,并绘制剂量反应曲线。 3将不同浓度的库拉索芦荟液及对照组溶液与含5 0 0 0 EU/ L L PS的细菌内毒素溶液混合 ,水浴 3 0分钟、显色、测吸光度值 ,根据剂量反应曲线计算 L PS含量及抑制率。结果 :1库拉索芦荟液对 L PS有抑制作用。2抑制率与芦荟浓度成正相关 ,芦荟浓度 1kg/ L时抑制率为 2 1.4 0 % ,浓度 1.4 kg/ L 时抑制率为 79.82 %。 1g库拉索芦荟约抑制 10 70 EU/ L L PS。结论 :库拉索芦荟在体外对内毒素具有抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibition effect of Aloe vera L on endotoxin. Methods:①Various concentration of Aloe vera L and control solutions were mixed with 1000 EU/L lipopolysaccharide (LPS) endotoxin solution. After 30 min in water bath, LPS activity were assayed using gel test.②Various concentration of LPS endotoxin were assayed using absorption spectroscopy, and the dose response curve was plotted.③Various concentration of Aloe vera L and control solutions were mixed with 5000 EU/L LPS endotoxin. After 30 min in water bath, development process, and absorption spectroscopy, the LPS endotoxin content and inhibition rate were determinated according to the dose response curve. Results: ①Aloe vera L had the effects of inhibition on LPS endotoxin. ②The inhibition rate was positively correlated to the concentration of Aloe vera L, which was 21.40% with 1 kg/L, 79.82% with 1.4 kg/L . About 1 g Aloe vera L inhibits 1070 EU/L LPS. Conclusion: The study suggests that Aloe vera L inhibit endotoxin in vitro.
