针对"软件测试技术"课程传统教学方法中存在的与实际工作过程脱离、学生动手能力较差等不足,教学时应确立以岗位能力为中心,以项目实践为依托的课程改革指导思想,从基于工作过程的岗位能力展开分析,进行课程项目化教学设计,突出教学过程中的角色设定与转换。

As for the problem of the detachment from the actual working process in Software Testing Course, this paper, centering around job skills based on project training, analyzed the job skills based on working process, designed a project-based teaching method for Software Testing Course, emphasize the roles conversion in the whole teaching process.
