摘要 自2001年我国大范围地开设小学英语课程以来,小学英语教师的个人成长问题备受关注。本文以甘肃省庆阳市各县农村小学英语教师为研究对象,在与其他市级小学英语教师职业素养水平的差异对照下,着力分析城乡小学英语教师在专业素养、能力素养、教育观念素养及个人发展素养等方面存在的差距,并简要分析造成差距的原因。 Since the English course was universally launched in Chinese primary schools in 2001, the individual development of English teachers in primary schools has attracted a lot of concern. This paper, taking English teachers in rural primary school of Qingyang, Gansu Province as the research object and comparing the difference in the professional quality with English teachers of urban primary schools, attempts to find out the gap of the English teachers' profession, ability, concept of education and individual development between urban and rural primary school, and gives a brief analysis of the reasons causing the gap.
