摘要
目前基于EOMS平台的作业计划管理模块存在计划分配不规范、储文档分散等问题,导致用户资源共享效率低、作业计划管理质量低下。基于EOMS平台的改进型作业计划管理系统可规范作业计划编制、发布、执行过程,建立一套完整的集中式作业计划文档存储库,通过管控KPI来衡量作业计划完成情况,从而提高作业计划管理系统的工作水平,提升运维管理效率和质量。
Due to the dispersed distribution of operational plan, low efficiency of resource sharing, poor quality of operational plan management and so on, the improved operational plan management system based on EOMS, which standardizes the operation planning, distribution and implementation process, has been established by regulating the KPI to measure task completion plan.
