本文简要介绍了广州地铁八号线北延段综合监控系统的概况,给出了综合监控系统接口管理的清单,从项目管理者的角度,结合现场调试工作案例,在组织和技术两个方面提出综合监控系统接口管理的措施内容。

This paper introduces the integrated supervisory and control system （ISCS） of the north extension line of Guangzhou subway No. 8 by listing the interface management. From the point of a project manager＇s view, the author puts forward the measures for interface management in terms of both organization and technology based on analyzing on-site commissioning case.
