摘要
新疆信友奇台电厂2×660MW项目为山东电力建设第一工程公司(以下简称山东电建一公司)承建的首个国内EPC总承包项目,项目业主为山西信友集团,工期为22个月。山东电建一公司监造团队依托国际项目设备监造经验,结合国内项目执行特点,从项目策划、资源组织、过程实施等方面进行了有效管理和创新突破,并对存在的问题进行了总结和分析,提出了做好设备监理的一系列措施,旨在以合理的成本更好地控制设备质量。
Xinjiang Xinyou Qitai Power Plant 2×660MW is the first EPC project that the First Shandong Power Construction Engineering Company (SPCEC No.1)affiliated to Power China has contracted to build in China. The owner of the project is Shanxi Xinyou Group. The time limit is 22 months. The manufacturing supervision team of SPCEC No.l, based on its international experience and Chinese characteristics, extended innovative and effective management over the planning, resources organization and implementation of the project. In order for best quality control of the equipment with reasonable cost, the team put forward a series of measures for better supervision management by summarizing and analyzing the existing problems.
