人力资源档案是个人信息的载体,是人力资源管理的信息来源和政策依据,对促进设备监理可持续发展具有重要的参考价值,本文就人力资源档案管理进行初步探讨。
The records of human resources are the carrier of personal information, which provide the information resources for HR management and basis for policy making. HR records are valuable reference to sustainable development of equipment supervision business. This paper discusses the HR records management in plant consulting engineering firms.
