品管圈活动在降低住院患者口服药漏发率中的研究

Research on Quality Circle Activities to Reduce the Incidence Rate of Oral Medication Omission

目的探索品管圈活动在降低住院患者口服药漏发率中应用效果。方法运用品管圈的管理方法,找出住院患者口服药漏发原因,进行分析、讨论、制定改进措施及效果评价。结果开展品管圈活动前住院患者口服药漏发率为15.99%,目标值为6.95%,活动后降至1.72%,病人满意度由原来的82%上升至95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动,优化发药流程,改善不规范护理行为,能有效降低住院患者口服药漏发率,减少药物浪费,确保患者服药到口,保证用药安全,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality circle activity on reducing the incidence rate of medication omission in hospitalized patients. Methods Reasons of oral medication omission for hospitalized patients were found out by means of quality circle activities, and were further analysed and discussed. Improving measures were established and the effect was assessed. Result After quality circle activities, medication omission rate declined from 15.99% to 1.72%, with the target rate, 6.95%. Patients＇ satisfaction rate increased from 82% to 95%. The differences was statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Quality circle activities can effectively reduce oral medication omission for hospitalized patients and drug waste. It can further guarantee drug compliance, ensure the medication safety and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
