In this paper,we explicitly illustrate the implementation of the software and hardware for test-bed operator register. It consists of a host and an extension,controlled by two single-chip microcomputers respectively. Extension aims to register state information of experiment apparatus, while the host achieves the inquiry of input information for extension.
