吲达帕胺对高血压伴糖尿病降压疗效与安全性的观察

Efficacy and safety of Indapamide in essential hypertensive patients with diabetes mellidus

目的 :了解吲达帕胺对高血压伴糖尿病降压疗效与安全性。方法 :选择 4 0例符合 WHO- ISH 、 级高血压诊断标准 ,且伴有糖尿病的病人。每日早餐后服吲达帕胺 2 .5 mg,疗程 4周。 4 0例患者治疗前后分别测量 3次血压取其均值对比治疗前后血压变化 ,并观察对血钾、血脂、血尿酸及肝肾功能的影响。结果 :治疗前后比较血压下降有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1) ,血钾、血脂、血尿酸及肝肾功能比较无显著变化 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :吲达帕胺单独用于高血压伴糖尿病患者降压效果好 ,用量小 ,日服 1次 ,安全性好且价廉。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lndapamide in essential hypertensive patients with diabetes mellidus. Methods: To choice 40 essential hypertensive patients with diabetes mellidus who fulfilled WHO ISH I , Ⅱ diagnostic criteria for hypert ension. The dosage was 2.5 mg only after breakfast per 24 hours for 4 weeks. Observed blood pressure for three times, then calculated their mean value before treatment and after 4weeks of treatment, respectively. Plasma potassium levels, plasma lipid profile, plasma uric acid levels and the functions of renal and liver were analysed before treatment and after 4weeks of treatment, respectively. Results: There was significant hypertension reduction after 4 weeks treatment (P<0.01), but no signi ficant differences were found before and after treatment in plasma potas sium levels, plasma lipid profile, plasma uric acid levels and the functions of renal and liver, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion: Indapamide had effective role in hypertension reduction, once a day, it afforded a significantly superior safety profile and it costed inexpensive.
